Official Rules

Who Can Enter
1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Ohio residents.
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age and reside in the WSYX/WTTE viewing area.
3. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc., and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast stations WSYX and WTTE (The “Stations”), Jacob Neal Salon and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Only one winner per household.

How to Enter
1. (a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per household.
(b) To enter, SEND PHOTOS OF YOURSELF AND A LETTER WITH YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER TO: “JACOB NEAL SALON MAKEOVER” c/o WSYX/WTTE, 1261 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215. PICTURES MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. Emailed entries also accepted to: webmaster@wsyx6.com, with digital pictures attached. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be considered without the written or verbal permission of the person to receive the makeover.
(c) No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.
2. The contest is ongoing and all entries are accepted continuously. Stations are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail or for printing errors.
3. One (1) contestant is selected for each weekly Jacob Neal Salon Makeover. All eligible entries are compiled by ABC-6 & FOX-28 and Jacob Neal Salon, and their decision is final as to all matters, including whether any answer required to be given is correct.
4. All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, and illegible or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries and pictures become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Communications, Inc., and the Stations and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Prizes
1. One Winner each week will receive: a Makeover from Jacob Neal Salon including hair style, hair color, and make-up application. Winner must be available to have their makeover taped during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, at the Jacob Neal Salon Salon. Time and date of the makeover determined by Jacob Neal Salon and abc6onyourside.com . Winner’s makeover will be taped in advance and scheduled to air during abc6onyourside.com at 5pm on Thursday. Stations reserve the right to change the date and newscast of when the makeover airs without prior notice. The prize value varies depending on the services provided to each winner as part of their Jacob Neal Salon Makeover.
2. Weekly winner will be notified by phone. Before claiming prizes, winner must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to Stations at the time of notification. Winner must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within four days of notification. Winner must be 18 years or older of age to win. Winners must show picture identification to claim prizes. Jacob Neal Salon and Stations reserve the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny the prize based on the identification presented.
3. If winner does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Stations. Jacob Neal Salon, WSYX and WTTE have the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
6. Only one prize will be awarded per household.
7. Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
8. Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge Jacob Neal Salon, Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous
1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at the station located at 1261 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215 and on the Stations’ website at abc6onyourside.com .
3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WSYX/WTTE at the above address.
4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc., Jacob Neal Salon and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
5. Stations cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
6. Stations reserve the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
